Placing Your Order & Delivery
To place an order, you must provide valid mobile number, email address and mailing address in order to complete the order.

After you have placed your order, you will receive a notification by email.

If the stock is available for a product, we will ship the product to you within 7-14 business days. However if the product is Out-of-Stock or require a longer pre-order timeframe, we will ship out the product as long as it is re-stock or made available at our warehouse.

You will be notified via email once the order has been dispatched.

Newsletter
User shall agree that SmartCares Online may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email/SMS to the user.

Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold SmartCares Online harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Return

If you would like to return your purchased product(s) due to damaged product received or wrong product delivered, please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Return Policy”. Customers are required to return the product on their own cost.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or https://online.smartcares.com/. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://online.smartcares.com/ may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
