Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the product that you purchase from us. If there's any manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased, you may return the product within 7 calendar days, from the date you received the product. Please note, the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you received it and with the original packaging. 

​The Return Policy is only applicable to goods that are:

- Damage upon receiving it,

- Or you have received a different item from your original order

RETURN CONDITION: 

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, and with the original packaging.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear.

  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster. 

  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has been washed.

  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.

  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated.​

RETURN OPTIONS:

A. RETURN IN PERSON AT OUR STORE

1. Visit our store at 31 Kaki Bukit Rd 3,Techlink, Singapore, #02-04 (Lobby A, 2nd Floor), Singapore 417818

2. Hand over your goods to the receptionist. Kindly bring the invoice (Original or Email) with you.

 

B. RETURN BY MAIL

1. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL ENCLOSING THE DELIVERY NOTE
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible. Do include in the package the invoice. 

2. RETURN ADDRESS

On the package, please indicate clearly the following address:

Include the Invoice or a photocopy of the same in your parcel.

3. BEFORE MAILING OUT THE PACKAGE

We are not responsible for any delay or loss delivery. You may want to take the necessary action to ensure your package is delivered to us intact

 

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

​We will provide the item exchange within 3-12 business day, after we have receive your item. In the event that the item is no long available, our Customer Service Centre will contact you for a alternative replacement.
